There are plenty of activities which will yield GTA$ without paying anything. However, you don’t need to pay to unlock these expensive missions. These up-front cost missions should only be played for their entertainment value… and only if you have the spare millions of GTA$ needed to unlock them. Though, these activities aren’t worth playing simply to make money and should be avoided for that purpose.
